We begin with an inquiry through our website, where you will share more about your home and what you’re envisioning. From there, we schedule a 20-minute discovery call with our principal designer, Jaydin, to connect, discuss your project, and ensure it aligns with our approach.

Following the call, we review architectural plans for custom new builds or schedule an in-home walkthrough for luxury renovation projects. This allows us to understand the space more fully, along with how you want to live within it.

From there, we align on the overall vision for the home. Through this initial phase, we refine the design direction and establish the level of finish desired throughout the space.

You will then receive a formal proposal and scope of work outlining the design process and anticipated deliverables. Once approved, we finalize the agreement and collect the initial payment to officially begin the design kickoff!

In this phase, we develop the overarching design vision for the home. During an in-office presentation, we walk through the full direction together, working from the architectural plans or existing conditions to establish the interior through mood boards, finish palettes, cabinetry concepts, and preliminary material selections, all thoughtfully aligned with the architecture.

Each element is considered with care, ensuring the home feels cohesive, balanced, and elevated throughout.

You will leave with a clear and complete understanding of the vision for your home, setting the foundation for all selections and details to follow.

Furnishings are thoughtfully integrated into the design process from the outset, ensuring the home is considered as a whole. Cabinetry details, lighting placement, architectural features, and spatial planning are all developed in relation to the furniture plan, creating a seamless and cohesive result.

During an in-office presentation, we walk through the furnishings direction together, reviewing detailed furniture layouts along with selections for upholstery, case goods, rugs, decorative lighting, window treatments, and styling pieces. Each element is selected with intention, contributing to a layered environment that feels both refined and deeply personal.

You will receive a comprehensive furnishings presentation along with an itemized investment guide outlining budgets, allowances, and estimated lead times.

Once approved, all furnishings are procured and tracked through to completion. At installation, our team coordinates delivery and styling so the home is fully realized, with every detail thoughtfully in place

Once the overall design direction is approved, we move into detailed documentation to support construction and implementation. This includes finalized selections, elevations, cabinetry drawings, lighting plans, plumbing fixtures, hardware, tile layouts, and material specifications for each space within the home.

This phase ensures that every detail is clearly communicated and thoughtfully considered, allowing the design to be carried through with precision and cohesion. Whether new construction or renovation, this process supports a seamless translation of the vision into the built environment.

As construction begins, we remain closely involved to ensure the design intent is carried through with precision. We collaborate with the builder and trades throughout the process, attending on-site meetings, answering questions as they arise, and providing ongoing clarification to maintain alignment with the design.

Our continued involvement allows each detail to be thoughtfully executed, ensuring the integrity of the design is upheld from concept through completion.

As the project nears completion, we coordinate furniture delivery, oversee installation, and return for final styling and layout refinement. This final phase brings the home fully together, creating a cohesive, layered environment that feels polished, elevated, and complete.

Once everything is installed and thoughtfully styled, we host what we call The Celebration. A reveal moment designed for you, and if you wish, your closest friends and family. This is your opportunity to walk through your home for the first time, experiencing it fully layered and complete.

We handle final styling, lighting, and finishing touches, and coordinate photography to document the home with care.

It is more than a walkthrough. It is a moment to honor the home, celebrate the work completed, and mark the beginning of your next chapter within these walls.
