Beautiful spaces, made for barefoot mornings, muddy paws, and real family life.

At Nita & Hearth Interiors, we believe a beautiful home should reflect how your family really lives—barefoot mornings, faith-centered traditions, pets on the sofa, and everything in between. Our interiors are designed to hold memories, not just match a mood board. They’re timeless, but lived-in. Elevated, but approachable. Thoughtfully styled, but always rooted in story.

We draw inspiration from Arizona’s desert beauty, our clients’ cultural heritage, and the practical rhythms of family life. From cozy remodels to full-home furnishings and new builds, every detail we design is meant to last. Our process is collaborative, intentional, and deeply personal—because a house isn’t complete until it feels like home.

Meet the Team

Jaydin Nielsen | Founder & Principal Designer

Jaydin Nielsen founded Nita & Hearth with a clear mission: to design homes that feel as good as they look—and function even better. With a background rooted in Arizona and a deep connection to heritage and culture, she brings a soulful, lived-in perspective to every project. Her work is driven by the belief that good design should support real life—not just aspiration.

Early on, Jaydin noticed a disconnect in the design world: homes were styled to photograph perfectly, but often didn’t reflect how people truly lived—bare feet running down the hall, pets curled up on the sofa, faith-centered gatherings around the table, and children with unique learning or accessibility needs. She saw clients craving beauty, but not at the expense of comfort, and that became her north star.

Today, she leads interior design, remodel planning, and furnishing projects that reflect how people actually live. Her process is grounded in empathy and a careful blend of intention and warmth, curating materials and layouts that consider everything from nursing chairs to beloved pets, spiritual practices to creative hobbies. Her style is layered and rooted in story—and a deep respect for how that story unfolds in the home.

Jaydin is happily married to her husband, Camden, and together they’re raising their giant English Mastiff, Harley, who keeps life playful and occasionally slobbery. It’s no surprise that Jaydin has a soft spot for performance fabrics and pet-friendly layouts—because she knows firsthand that beautiful homes and real life aren’t mutually exclusive.
