Located in Scottsdale near Camelback and the Scottsdale Fashion Square, #OnOsborn is a ground-up build designed with a modern buyer in mind. As Jaydin shares, “We approached this home with a modern buyer in mind. Someone who values clean lines and contrast, but still wants a space that feels warm, layered, and livable.”
The home reflects a shift in lifestyle and preference, where simplicity and contrast are balanced with warmth and natural texture. While rooted in a layered, Arcadian-inspired sensibility, this project allowed for a more modern interpretation of the Nita & Hearth approach. It was an opportunity to explore a different perspective while still designing a home that feels intentional, livable, and deeply considered.
A dramatic tongue and groove entry creates a strong sense of arrival, setting the tone for the home’s architectural presence. In the great room, an alabaster light fixture introduces a soft, ambient glow, bringing warmth and balance to the space. The kitchen leans into contrast with a bold black palette, creating depth and a more contemporary edge.
Throughout the home, tactile materials add quiet movement and refinement. Roman clay walls in the primary bedroom and a handcrafted zellige shower provide texture that softens the modern elements, creating a layered and cohesive environment.
The result is a home that feels both current and grounded. Designed for the way people live today, while still holding onto a sense of warmth and intention.
This project was featured in the March 2026 issue of Tempe City Lifestyle.
