Set in the heart of Arcadia just off the prestigious Lafayette boulevard, #46thInSix is a ground-up build inspired by the quiet charm of a European farmhouse. Designed with a family in mind, the home balances timeless character with a warm, livable sensibility.

A harlequin-patterned entry introduces a sense of history and arrival, setting the tone for the spaces that follow. Throughout the home, natural materials take center stage. Warm stone, marble countertops, and handcrafted finishes create a layered palette that feels both elevated and enduring. In the kitchen, a Roman clay hood paired with a zellige backsplash brings texture and softness, grounding the space in a way that feels intentional and lived in.

Spanning 4,200 square feet, the home is designed to support both gathering and everyday living, with a thoughtful sense of flow between spaces. The result is a home that feels rooted in tradition, yet entirely its own. A modern interpretation of European farmhouse living, placed within one of Arcadia’s most established neighborhoods.
